PLACING AN ORDER & MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

When you place an order through the Website, we will send an email to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed through the Website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an email to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

As a B2B wholesale platform, orders may be subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) or minimum purchase amounts as specified in product listings or pro forma invoices. All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund any payments we have received from you within 14 days.

PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT TERMS

Prices and payment details of products are specified on the website or via official Pro Forma Invoices. Payment must be made by bank transfer as specified during checkout or on the invoice. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, import duties, customs charges, and other government-imposed fees. You will be responsible for paying such import duties and clearance fees. It should be noted that www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY has no control over these charges.

The User must inform www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY immediately about any inaccuracies in the offer or invoice provided, including pricing discrepancies.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon handover of the shipment to the designated carrier/freight forwarder. www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or import clearance issues in the destination country.

INSPECTION, WARRANTY, AND CLAIMS

Upon receipt of shipment, the customer is required to inspect all delivered goods immediately. Any claims regarding damaged items, manufacturing defects, or missing quantities must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.

www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY offers authentic products in their original factory condition. Warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited to replacing or crediting verified defective units. Normal wear and tear, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are excluded from warranty coverage.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of wholesale B2B transactions, all wholesale orders are considered final upon payment confirmation. Order cancellations or product returns for non-defective items are not accepted unless explicitly approved in writing by www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping.

SERVICE TERMS & TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER

• 1. www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service.
• 2. The use of the Service is at the User’s own expense and risk.
• 3. www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY supplies genuine and authentic products with original packaging. Please note that we operate as an independent wholesaler and are not an official distributor or authorized agent of any specific watch brand unless explicitly stated.
• 4. Customer acknowledges that www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY acts as an independent intermediary/supplier between sourcing channels and the wholesale buyer.
• 5. Customer accepts full liability and responsibility for verifying resale compliance within their respective geographic regions or sales platforms.
• 6. When we receive an order, we issue a Pro Forma Invoice (PI). Upon payment receipt and confirmation, the order will be processed and dispatched with an official Commercial Invoice (CI).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

www.fywatch.com / FY WATCH SUPPLY shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, pandemic measures, or transportation delays.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
