What exactly happens after I place an order?
After order confirmation, our team performs a dual-point quality check (movement and aesthetics). Once cleared, the items are securely packed and dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email immediately upon shipment.

Payment & Authenticity

Are the watches 100% authentic?
Absolutely. All watches sold on our B2B platform are guaranteed 100% original, brand new, and come with the original manufacturer's packaging and serial numbers. We do not deal in replicas or "B-grade" stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Our standard business policy is 100% payment before delivery for all international orders. Please contact your account manager for detailed payment instructions.
How are out-of-stock items handled?
If a specific model becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to wait for a restock, swap for a different model, or receive an instant refund to your original payment method.
Where can I download my sales receipt or invoice?
Digital invoices are automatically generated and available for download in the "My Account > Orders" section. A physical commercial invoice for customs purposes will also be attached to the exterior of your shipment.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
To support growing retailers, our MOQ is very accessible. Generally, a minimum of 5 mixed units or a total order value of $1,000 is required to trigger wholesale pricing. Specific "Hot Models" may have individual quantity limits.
Can I return an order or specific items?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." All defect claims must be accompanied by photos or video evidence.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all watches include the standard manufacturer’s warranty booklet. For certain brands, we also provide a 1-year internal movement warranty to give our B2B partners extra peace of mind.
How do I get a quote for very large volumes?
